SUMMARY:SMAS Business Improvement Academy

A mix of five workshop based learning days combined with best practice\, and on-site project work will support companies wishing to engage in the concept of sustainable continuous improvement by combining improvement tools and techniques with cultural and behavioural change. \nBenefit to companies \nParticipants of the academy will become cultural enablers for their business\, capable of delivering sustainable improvement through developing employee engagement and embedding supporting behaviours. \nThe guiding principles of the academy are: \n\nContinuous improvement combined with behavioural change – tailored to the participant’s own business improvement project\nUse of active learning techniques – supported by experienced practitioners\nFocus on sustainable change – embedding learning to deliver future business benefits\nLeadership excellence – practical improvement and embedding of leadership skills\nBusiness excellence – improving the competitiveness of business\nEngagement – encouraging continuous improvement by engaging with others\n\nWhy should you attend? \nYou have the ambition to drive significant improvements forward (process and behavioural) within your business.
