DESCRIPTION:With the Government having now published their draft Bill in respect of changes to Agricultural and Business Property Reliefs from Inheritance Tax\, family farming businesses should now be reviewing their existing arrangements to ensure that they maximise the reliefs that are to be available after April 2026. \nThis may necessitate restructuring their existing legal set up\, transferring assets onto the next generation sooner than would otherwise have been the case and reviewing their Wills. \nOur presenters will highlight the issues and the potential solutions.
