This is key to our efforts to transform the economy\, improve our Public Services and drive lasting improvement in Scotland’s economic performance. \nPublic procurement can play an important part enabling innovation in our public services. Scottish Government policy note SPPN 03/2023 (Supporting innovation through procurement) makes provision for new functionality on Public Contracts Scotland to improve our procurement processes and reporting for the purposes innovation.
