SUMMARY:Robertson Group Tayside - Supply Chain Event
DESCRIPTION:Robertson Construction Tayside is hosting a Supply Chain Event to give local subcontractors and suppliers the opportunity to learn more about the business as well as our upcoming project\, Monifieth Learning Campus. \nMonifieth Learning Campus is a replacement for the existing Monifieth High School. The new Campus will be constructed on the existing site with a GIFA of circa 13\,800m2\, to cater for 1\,200 pupils and will also incorporate an early years learning facility. \nAnticipated site start is May 2023\, with phase 1 scheduled to complete July 2025. Phase 2 will commence in August 2025 and will complete in July 2026. \nThe project is being designed and built to Passive House standard. \nThis event is primarily for new subcontractors and suppliers to Robertson therefore\, as we have limited capacity\, we would encourage new supply chain to attend over businesses we have existing relationships with. \nWe will be hosting 2 sessions on the day; 09:00 – 10:00 and 10:30 – 11:30.

SUMMARY:Tayside Contracts Local Suppliers Event
DESCRIPTION:Tayside Contracts is the largest catering organisation in the Tayside area and provides over 6 million meals to schools and communities in the Angus\, Dundee City and Perth & Kinross areas every year. \nSeveral Tayside-based food producers already supply Tayside Contracts through our extensive supply chain\, and we are looking to extend that local approach\, to ensure that more sustainable\, high quality and local products are used as much as possible in the safe\, healthy\, nutritious and delicious meals that are served every day to nearly 30\,000 people by Tayside Contracts – whilst generating more income for local businesses. \nTherefore\, NFU Scotland\, local food producers and Tayside Contracts have joined together to host an event that brings together food producers across Tayside (whether you are\, or are not\, a NFU member)\, with Tayside Contracts and some of their big suppliers\, to explore how we can work together to support Tayside businesses and increase the levels of locally grown and produced food\, being part of the meals served by Tayside Contracts. \nIf you’re a food producer based in Tayside and are looking to extend your sales and distribution\, this is for you. \nThis event will be held at:\nPerth & Kinross Council Civic Hall\, 2 High Street\, Perth\, PH1 5PH\n28 October 2022\nfrom 9.30am for 10am start. \nRegister online to attend.
