It is produced for all those working to create\, deliver\, and support Scotland’s cultural and sporting events\, and is aligned to Scotland’s National Events Strategy\, Scotland The Perfect Stage (2024 – 2035). \nThe events and festivals sector is a significant contributor to the Scottish economy. Events enhance Scotland’s international profile and bring wide-ranging social\, wellbeing\, and cultural benefits. They also unite and engage our diverse communities. \nThe conference seeks to highlight the sector’s importance and the valuable contribution that it makes. It also provides a forum for learning (or ideas) around the opportunities and challenges that the sector faces.
