Two Angus camp sites have won honours in this year’s The annual Campsites.co.uk Camping and Glamping awards.

The awards highlight the best camping, glamping, and touring sites across the UK, celebrating those sites who go above and beyond for their guests.

Foresterseat Holiday Park took the overall winner for Best Adult Only Site (Scotland), praised for its comfort and peaceful surroundings.

The park, just outside Forfar, offers spacious touring pitches alongside luxury en-suite shepherd’s huts, complete with king-size beds, fully equipped kitchens, and smart TVs. Guests can unwind in the evenings with a refreshing drink or a delicious meal at the site’s restaurant with a locally sourced menu.

The site has gained an impressive 4.84 star rating on its travel listing, with 100% saying they would recommend it. Guests continue to leave high praise with comments, including “Facilities were spotlessly clean” and “The whole site was beautifully peaceful”.

Peel Farm, in Glen Isla, was awarded regional runner-up for Best Adult Only Site (Scotland), offering luxurious and contemporary glamping pods. Each has its own en-suite, television and coffee machine. Guests can also relax in their own hot tubs while admiring panoramic rural views.
