Angus 3D Solutions Sees Steady Growth

Angus 3D Solutions, the Brechin based prototype and printing firm, has seen steady growth this year thanks to its market leading metal 3D printer.

Global manufacturing veteran Andy Simpson and his wife Jacqueline founded the company in January 2017 and the intervening two and a half years has seen its client list increase by 70%, partly because of the innovation of the Atomic Diffusion Additive Manufacturing (ADAM) metal printing machine.

The firm took on its first employee in May, due to the volume in work, and this in turn has allowed them to increase production.

Angus 3D Solutions is now creating parts for clients across a vast range of sectors from oil and gas, textile manufacturing and cycle making to F1, vertical farming, salmon farming, industrial gas generation, lasers and data networks.

The last financial year saw the growth turnover increase by 400% and they are now targeting an additional £100,000 in revenue for the current year.
