Coca-Cola 5by20 Opportunities for Women

As today marks International Women’s Day, what better time to highlight Coca-Cola 5by20 timetable for 2018 and our ongoing commitment to enhancing the Economic Empowerment of Women in Business.

In 2017 our range of Business and Enterprise Training programmes benefited 56 ambitious women, created 45 jobs and supported 11 volunteers.

This year in partnership with Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce (DACC) we aim to increase this by 40%, meaning 78 women will be given the opportunity to participate in one, or several, of our free Business and Enterprise programmes.  In addition, each participant will receive a wealth of support and advice from the Coca-Cola 5by20 Business Network along with many supplier benefits such as free associate membership with DACC and the Association of Scottish Business Women.  The programme also offers a mentoring and one-to-one coaching service for programme graduates.  To compliment all these amazing services/activities, by popular demand each participant is welcome to join Coca-Cola 5by20 members group, which runs networking and social events throughout the year.

The following programmes are available:

  • Fast Track to Business Success – ‘One week and a day’ intensive business and pitching course which runs 3 times throughout the year, offering 10 places per course.

Short Courses – 2.5hrs per session

  • Explore My Business Idea            4 sessions
