ESP Group Reshuffles It’s Leadership Team
The ESP Group, which has an office in Arbroath, has announced Ashley Meston will take the helm as the new chief executive officer.
Ashley’s appointment comes as part of as planned progression, with former CEO Theresa Lawson continuing to play a supporting role as chairwoman of the board during an exciting new chapter for the business.
Ashley’s journey with ESP Group spans more than 18 years, starting as a customer service adviser and progressing through several leadership roles to become CEO.
Throughout her career, she had driven major projects for high-profile clients such as Network Rail, Transport for London and London councils.
Ashley said: “Theresa has been an incredible leader, mentor and friend during my time at ESP Group.
“I am honoured to take on this role and to continue building on the fantastic foundation she has created, with the amazing teams we have in place.”
Theresa said: “It has been an honour to lead ESP Group and I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together.
“Ashley’s deep understanding of the business, her commitment to service excellence and her leadership style make her the ideal person to take ESP Group forward.”
The announcement comes at a significant moment for ESP Group, following a recent NHS contract win that has increased the company’s workforce from 450 to 550 employees.
