Arbroath based Nissan car and van dealership, Mackie Motors, have entered into a new partnership with Dundee FC to provide new cars to the club.

“We’ve been putting cars into United since 1985, and it’s great to now get the opportunity to work with both Dundee clubs.” explained Kevin Mackie, Managing Director of Mackie Motors.

To herald the new partnership and officially handover the first car (a new Nissan Qashqai), which will be driven by new Assistant Manager Jimmy Boyle, Kevin met up with a few of the players including first team captain Josh Meekings at Dens Park.

“We are absolutely delighted to be working with Mackie Motors Nissan who have been supplying Nissans throughout Tayside for 21 years. The team have been magnificent to work with and we are hopeful that this will flourish into a long term beneficial partnership”, commented Dundee FC Commercial Manager, Jonny McInally.

Kevin also met up with new Dundee United manager Robbie Neilson outside Tannadice to handover the keys to his new Nissan Qashqai.
