Leads and manages the Strategic Policy and Economy team including strategic policy and planning of the council plan and community planning partnership plan (the Local Outcome Improvement Plan); organisational development supporting lifelong and workforce learning, training and development; communications and digital design; and economic development with a focus in particular on delivering on the Economy priority of the council plan and LOIP.
