Responsible for the administration of Scotland’s Employer Recruitment Incentive, delivery of WorldHost Principles of Customer Service training; maintaining records and processes to ensure compliance with national audit and budget forecasting; working with clients providing support and guidance to help them into employment , training and education. Also an Assessor to trainees working on an SVQ level 2 in Business Administration.
