The Scottish Government has adopted ambitious targets for the reduction of carbon emissions that will require substantial contributions from all sectors of the economy.
There are various sources of financial support for businesses to help deliver on these targets, with the potential of further investment to come. A great example is The Carbon Trust Green Business Fund, an energy efficiency support service for small and medium-sized companies in England, Wales and Scotland. It provides direct funded support through energy assessments, training workshops, equipment procurement support and up to £5,000 capital contribution per company towards your energy saving equipment purchase.
