Angus is served well by road and rail. The A90 and A92 run through Angus which provides easy access to the Scottish Motorway network. Train stations in Monifieth, Carnoustie, Arbroath and Montrose provide direct links to Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh and beyond.

Two main trunk roads run through Angus. The A90 from Edinburgh to Aberdeen and the A92 from Dunfermline in Fife, up the coast to Aberdeen.

Go green and use one of the electric buses that operate in Angus, connecting the towns of Angus with Dundee.

Electric charging points are being installed across Scotland. Angus has many points throughout the county so plug in and go green.

Angus Council with partners are exploring alternative fuel sources such as additional EV charging, Hydrogen and Biogas in strategic locations throughout the county.

Montrose Port is one of Scotland’s leading support, logistics and service hubs for the North Sea energy industry and the general cargo market.

Cruise ships are now welcome to dock at Montrose Port and passengers can disembark and explore the local area.

Fly into Dundee Airport from London Stansted on a short 47 minute flight. Dundee Airport also welcomes private planes.
