Young People in the Workplace
An exciting opportunity for 18-25 year olds in the Sweden-Angus Work Exchange for 2019-2020, will see seven to 10 days working and learning in Smaland, Sweden, funded by Angus LEADER Programme.
Contact RuralLEADER@angus.gov.uk now, and ask for the Sweden-Angus Work Exchange expression of interest form.
Jobs covered in recent exchanges ranged from fire-fighter, farmer, youth worker, café/tearoom, national park ranger, hair salon and many, many more.
We are happy to hear from young people or from interested organisations. There are no language barriers – English is spoken fluently throughout the Swedish area.
You must be
- 18-25 yrs old during the exchange
- interested in living and working in the rural area of Angus
- able to commit to the short time abroad, and the same when young Swedes visit Angus
- working , either voluntarily, as an employee or self-employed, or seeking work
