Negotiation – Structuring Better Outcomes will explore how – although people negotiate all the time without being aware of it – formal negotiation and bargaining skills can be learned through experience and practice.
It will consider why experience counts – knowing what to say and when, when to make concessions and when not to, and generally how to mould a situation to suit your aims. Our interactive session will help those delegates at all levels improve their chances of successful outcomes.
The event follows the popular ‘Sales as the DNA of Your Business’ and ‘Lighting the Motivation Inside Your People and Customers,’ designed to help you get the best out of your team and yourself during these challenging times, as well as better respond to customers and suppliers.
