Leading Change

‘Leading Change’ is the fourth in our series of post-lockdown leadership events with FSB Member Stuart Maddocks, Clemorton Training and Development.
Our concluding event will explore how psychology underpins both resistance and acceptance, building critical understanding and other skills. It will look at developing personal approaches to embracing new ways of doing things, collaboration with colleagues, customers and clients and how to take people along in order to effectively implement change to workplace and lifestyle.
