During this learning session we’ll look at ways to identify the benefits of your product, service or creative business so you can use the messaging that your customers ultimately want to hear in your marketing and promotional material.

This session will be led by GrowBiz Deputy CEO Clair Smith and Learning and Development Manager Alison Finlay. Both of whom have a sales and marketing background and who will guide you through some key principles to help you with your marketing strategy.

You’ll walk away from this session feeling much clearer about what the features and benefits are of your business, who your customers might be, how to reach them and what channels to you use to talk to them.
