Breathwork, mindfulness and movement practices are all proven to reduce stress, enhance cognitive performance and decision making, foster creativity, bolster self-compassion, connection and kindness to others and so much more.
Join us this week as we explore these practices together, find a moment to reset in the middle of the day and build a wellbeing toolkit you can dip into any time you need. No experience needed, everyone is welcome, and it can be done seated or standing.
