This event is all about the storytelling around plants. So if you’re a business thinking about using foraged ingredients to make or present your products, or an experience creator then this event is for you.

Whether you are creating a new recipe for product or plate, or building an experience business, you need to think about the story.

We’ll hear about the storytelling around plants and plant lore from Greg Kenicer from the Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh and then from two entrepreneurs who have built their businesses around wild food ingredients and foraged flavours: Kirstie Campbell from Sea Buckthorn Scotland and Kyla Orr from Kelp Crofting.
