Move, Breathe, Be Mindful

Closing the week with a combination session incorporating elements from each session of the prior week. Move, breathe and be mindful, finding ease in your body and mind, setting you up for a wonderful weekend.
The session is suitable for all, no touching of toes or gym gear required, and no prior experience of breathwork or mindfulness needed.
