Southeast Asia is one of the fastest growing region in terms of E-commerce. Together, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia are set to become the fourth biggest e-commerce market globally by 2025, according to a Asendia.

Although Singapore is a tiny island nation with a population of just 5.6 million, it has established itself as a major e-commerce market, which is worth $4.9 billion alone. Traffic to online shopping platforms in Singapore increased by 35% in 2020 and Singapore online consumers have the biggest spending power in the Southeast Asia region at an average of $2,080 per user.
