The masterclass is split into two online sessions.

  • Fulfilment and Shipping: Exploring fulfilment models, warehousing options, and shipping solutions for international customers.

Both sessions will be led by experience eCommerce consultant Al Conroy.

Al works with businesses to accelerate their online growth efficiently, sustainably and profitably.

His ecommerce career started in London where he worked for a large management consultancy. In 2009 he moved to Edinburgh’s Freeze Pro Shop, where he created and led the team that took Freeze’s revenues from <£1M to >£6M.
