• How to deal with customer or client feedback, both positive and negative
• How the importance of reputation has changed during the pandemic and what elements of reassurance have increased in importance, such as cleanliness and health & safety measures?
• The functionality some platforms have developed to cater for the change in visitor needs
• What other reassurance tools are available to tourism business such as GoodtoGo and Quality assurance schemes
