This informal half day session will paint a picture of how IKM Testing UK Ltd has transformed its business by adopting lean thinking across everything it does.
Although still a work in progress, the adoption of lean thinking has been the springboard for cultural change across the business, has made it more profitable and enabled expansion plans to go ahead through the ongoing development of its people.
