How can we better support young people in a family agritourism business or employed in a business?

Scotland’s Agritourism Monitor Farm is hosting an Under 35’s Business Bootcamp on Thursday 27th August from 9.30am to 4.30pm at Bankfoot Church Centre.

This is for

• Employees in agritourism businesses keen to progress
• Young people working in new or established family agritourism businesses
• Young people starting up their own agritourism enterprise on the farm
• Young farmers not in agritourism but keen to know more about agritourism opportunities

This will be a confidential space to discuss business plans, progression and development in businesses, succession, opportunities, and challenges. Experienced business owners will share their own experiences and offer support.

Some or all of you will be asked to present to your peers and will be given support in advance to do this.
